Yoga-Paws are an innovative and compact solution for those who wi

program has two 18-minute sessions. The first session has many traditional Hatha Yoga poses, included in a Sun Salutation variation. This session allows those unfamiliar with yoga to start without being overwhelmed, while still challenging skilled yoga lovers. The second session also has many of the traditional yoga poses, combined with conventional push-ups, sit-ups, and exercises for the gluteus. The second session is designed to increase strength, flexibility, balance, health, and vitality.
