All Back Jack products are warranted by the manufacturer for 30 days from the date of product delivery against manufacturing defects. If you experience any problems during this period, the manufacturer will replace or repair the product at his discretion.
Orders cannot normally be cancelled once placed. In the event you receive a defective Back Jack, contact us for replacement, as above.
Cotton Duck and Tuff Duck Fabrics
Cotton Duck
The traditional cover for Back Jack meditation chairs is the standard cotton duck fabric. Cotton duck fabric should NOT be washed. It can be spot cleaned on the chair frame. Some of our customers prefer the cotton duck because of its softer feel.
Tuff Duck
Tuff duck is a newer polyester fabric; considerably stronger than the cotton. It is also much more resistant to stains. Tuff duck is damp cloth wipeable and it will sustain rougher use, indoors and outdoors, compared to the cotton duck fabric.
For all these reasons, we recommend Tuff Duck fabric for all of our meditation Back Jack chairs, cushions, and replacement covers.
